AgilePM in regulated industries, governance-friendly hybrid models
What this course is
Where agile gets governance-ready.
AgilePM is the PeopleCert / APMG agile project-management framework. Built on DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method), it offers structured agile delivery with the governance discipline that MY government, GLCs and regulated industries require. The cert is widely recognised in MY government tenders alongside PRINCE2.
At Nexperts, AgilePM is delivered as a 4-day blended programme: 2 days Foundation + 2 days Practitioner. Foundation builds your fluency in the framework. Practitioner makes you defend tailoring decisions on a real case-study scenario. By day 4 you've sat both exams.
AgilePM is the cert that filters agile dabblers from agile project managers. It is also the agile cert MY government tenders score — if you bid into the public sector, AgilePM matters.
The v3 update sharpened the focus on hybrid delivery, agile in regulated environments and integration with PRINCE2 + ITIL 4. We cover all three with hands-on case-study work.

Why our pass rate is 94%
Industry average: ~74%
Most candidates can recite AgilePM principles but cannot link a case-study scenario to a phase under timer. The Practitioner exam is open-book but heavy on time.
Nexperts: 94%
We work case studies for 60% of class time. We drill scenario-reading and tab navigation. By exam day, scenario reading is reflex.
Your Agile Path
AgilePM pairs with PRINCE2 and SAFe.
AgilePM stacks naturally with PRINCE2 (structured complement) for hybrid delivery, with SAFe for scaled-agile contexts, or with Scrum Alliance certs for product-team facilitation.
