Course Curriculum
Two days. One Scrum mastery sprint.
CSM is delivered as a 2-day Certified Scrum Trainer-led workshop. We cover Scrum theory + values, facilitation, servant leadership, scaling awareness and product-owner partnership. The cert is awarded after a 50-question online assessment.
Hands-On Scrum Practice
9 sprints. Real role-play, real coaching.
CSM is delivered through facilitation practice, not slides. By day 2 you've run all 5 Scrum events at least twice, coached struggling-team scenarios and received peer + CST feedback.

CSM assessment is a 50-question online test with 60-minute timer (most candidates finish in 25–35 minutes). 80% pass (40 of 50). Two attempts free within 90 days. Most candidates pass first attempt with our programme.
