ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) is the strategy-level ITIL 4 module — the cornerstone of both the Managing Professional and Strategic Leader designations. It covers governance, strategic planning, organisational change and continual improvement at the level of running an IT function or service organisation.

At Nexperts, DPI is delivered as a 3-day intensive against MY-context governance scenarios — a banking IT modernisation, a GLC organisational redesign and a regulator-driven control overhaul. By day 3 you've drafted three strategy artefacts that you can take back to your CIO.
